Thank you for choosing Joanna’s Salon and our exclusive Blow Dry Bundle. Please review the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. By purchasing the bundle, you agree to the following:

Bundle Validity​

Your Blow Dry Bundle expires three months after the purchase date. Any unused visits will not be carried forward or refunded after the expiration date.

Bundle Features​

A professional wash and blow-dry (style of your choice) with each visit and a complimentary treatment from our Back Wash Bar per bundle purchase.

Purchase and Payment​

To purchase, email hello@joannas-salon.co.uk with “Blow Dry Bundle” in the subject line. A member of our team will then contact you with payment instructions. Once payment is received, the bundle of your choice will be added to your client profile. This is a pay-as-you-go scheme; there are no subscription fees.

Booking Process​

Once the Blow Dry Bundle of your choice has been added to your client profile, you can book your blow dry for the date and time of your choice via our online booking system. Blow dry appointments are currently only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with our Style Director, Ellis. If there are high demand an alternative days, we will look to open up additional days with a secondary stylist. While we strive to prioritize bundle clients, priority booking is not guaranteed, we therefore strongly recommend booking your blow drys in advance.

Cancellation Policy​

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will retain the visit for future use. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the visit being forfeited.

Additional Policies​

Your Blow Dry Bundle is exclusively for your personal use and cannot be transferred to others. Our Blow Dry Bundles shown above for natural hair only. If you have hair extensions, there will be an additional charge of £15 per 4 visits to cover the extra time needed for your blow dry. Appointments are allocated a 40-minute time slot. Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the lost time will be deducted from your appointment.

General Terms​

Bundles cannot be paused or canceled once purchased. No refunds are available for unused visits.
