Most of our appointments are booked in advance so walk in availability is very limited, we therefore recommend making an appointment in advance to ensure your preferred time and stylist/beautician is available.
We've made it easy to cancel your appointment online, but if you're having navigation troubles, feel free to contact our team on WhatsApp.
Cancellations or changes to your appointment made within less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your total appointment cost.
Unfortunately, no-shows will result in a charge equal to the cost of your appointment.
Written parental/guardian consent is required for each child aged 8-16 receiving a technical service – a form will be provided prior to treatment start time.
A parent or guardian must also accompany any child aged 12 or under during their treatment.
Any bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with this policy will be non-refundable.
Clients are permitted to bring one small (under 5kg) well behaved dog with them into the salon. For the convenience of other customers, your dog must be kept in a dog bag while in the salon. Service animals are of course always welcome!
If you are running late, please let us know via WhatsApp so we can inform your appointment stylist or beautician.
To ensure we provide a high quality service to all clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time may result in the appointment being cancelled and a charge equal to the cost of your service(s) being applied.
If you're happy with your service, please feel free to leave a tip. When tipping by card, you can choose to cover the 5% fee charged by the card machine, ensuring your stylist receives 100% of the tip directly to their bank account. Alternatively, you can opt out, and the stylist will forfeit the fee.
We now only take online bookings, making it super easy to check your appointment time once booked and cancel and reschedule if/when life happens.
We do not take bookings or cancellations by phone but we have made it very easy to do both online – give it a try or ask one of our team in salon or via our WhatsApp to help you.
The salon has a range of drink options available including prosecco for those over the age of 18.

Yes, we offer gift cards. They make great gifts for any occasion! Drop by the salon to collect a gift card or place an order for an e-voucher here
Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before any colour or chemical treatments for new clients, or if you haven’t had the service with us for over 6 months. It is essential to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities.
If you book an appointment at the time of your consultation and there are any problems with your patch test, your deposit to secure your appointment will be refunded to you.
Your consultation should be booked with the colourist performing the service. If we have to move your appointment over to another member of our team through reasons out of our control, we may require you to come back in for a secondary consultation.
We allocate a 20 minute slot for all colour consultations to ensure we have enough time to assess your hair and discuss your requirements. Please feel free to bring inspo photos with you to show your colourist, this is always very helpful!
A consultation form will be emailed to you at the time of booking. It is important that you complete the form ahead of your consultation.

Please arrive to your consultation with freshly washed hair and feel free to bring inspo photos with you to show your stylist, this is always very helpful.
Once the appropriate style and shade of hair extensions have been decided and you have booked your fitting appointment, it's time to pay for your new hair!
We accept cash and bank transfer payments for your new hair.
