How to Earn Points

​

Points are earned for eligible purchases made at Joanna's Salon, either in-store or online (where applicable) for hair dressing services and retail products only. The number of points earned per pound spent will be specified at the time of purchase or in promotional materials. Points may also be awarded for referrals, promotional campaigns, or special events as determined by us. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for selected rewards or discounts as listed in the Treat Card catalogue, subject to availability. Points required for redemption will vary depending on the reward. Rewards are subject to change and may be discontinued at our discretion without prior notice.

Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless otherwise specified.

 

Expiry and Cancellation of Points

Points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are earned. Unused points will expire and cannot be reinstated. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend points if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of the Scheme.

 

Account Management

It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is up to date. Any changes to the Scheme or your account will be communicated via email or SMS where consent has been provided.

 

Modifications and Termination

​

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, any unused points must be redeemed within 30 days of notification.

 

Limitation of Liability

Joanna's Salon is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or failures in the operation of the Scheme. Our liability is limited to the value of points earned under the Scheme.
