​Bundle Validity​

​

Your blow dry bundle expires three months after the purchase date. Any unused visits will not be carried forward or refunded after the expiration date.

Bundle Features​

​

A professional wash and blow-dry (style of your choice) with each visit.

​

Purchase and Payment​

​

You can now purchase the blow-dry bundle of your choice online. Simply visit our booking page and select courses. Once you have paid for the bundle of your choice, this will be added to your client profile and you can then go ahead and book your visits under your blow dry bundle online. This is a pay-as-you-go scheme; there are no subscription fees.

Booking Process​

​

Blow dry appointments are currently only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with our Style Director, Ellis. If there is high demand for alternative days, we will look to open up additional days with a secondary stylist. While we strive to prioritize bundle clients, priority booking is not guaranteed, we therefore strongly recommend booking your blow drys in advance.

Cancellation Policy​

​

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will retain the visit for future use. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the visit being forfeited.

Additional Policies​

​

Your blow dry bundle is exclusively for your personal use and cannot be transferred to others. Our Blow Dry Bundles shown above for natural hair only. If you have hair extensions, there will be an additional charge to cover the extra time needed for your blow-dry so please let us know in advance. Appointments are allocated a 40-minute time slot. Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the lost time will be deducted from your appointment.

General Terms​

​

Bundles cannot be paused or canceled once purchased. No refunds are available for unused visits.​
